In our survey, 88% of AT&T customers said their internet speeds “always” or “usually” met their household’s needs. They also experience better than average reliability, with 62% of customers “never” or “rarely” experiencing outages. But we're getting (on average) 2-3x the speed down and 2x the speed up for about one third of what we were paying Xfinity (for broadband alone, no channels, no phones, nothing). Even when TMHI traffic bogs down it's rarely worse than what we were paying Xfinity for. But try it yourself for a month.Had WOW, then they were bought out by Astound. I’ve had a few problems, but nothing major to justify me switching back to Xfinity. I also have the ACP, so I was paying $20/month for 500mbps. Although I just opened my bill yesterday and the price increased by $10. Downside I guess of them not having contracts..
